If you are in the Pelee Island district, Kingsville House B and B is the place to stay overnight. Dawn and Mike, the owners, cannot be more accommodating; offering a spacious lounge if you have the need, a pool in warmer weather (not for us in late October), and every amenity you might expect in a 5 star hotel, in fact staying with Dawn and Mike is better than staying in a 5 star hotel. Our room, “On the Vine” had everything advertised on their web site and was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfasts, as you will read in other testimonials, are amazing. We felt so fortunate to have chosen this B and B, and without doubt, Kingsville House run by our hosts Mike and Dawn is now at the top of our extensive list of hotels and B and B’s. The best! Thank you for sharing your accommodation and your terrific hospitality, Dawn and Mike. Looking forward to a return visit.

My husband and I stopped at Mike and Dawn's bed and breakfast for one night on our way to the US. This couple are absolute pros at what they do! The attention to detail was very impressive and I would have never guessed that this is their first and recently opened b&b business. We had interesting and entertaining conversations over tasty breakfast in a beautiful setting - what else could you ask for? The hosts are warm, welcoming and helpful. This local b&b is a must-try if you are staying travelling to or through Kingsville.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed meeting our wonderful hosts, Mike and Dawn, at the Kingsville House Bed and Breakfast. The home and hosts are warm, welcoming and very accommodating.

As you walk through the front door you find yourself in a cozy dining room with a beautiful sideboard offering coffee, tea and freshly baked cookies or muffins. There is a large comfortably elegant living room with a fireplace, books, board games, music and two lush couches for you to lounge and relax. On your way upstairs to your room, there is a large selection of brochures of things to do in the area. There is also a fabulous backyard, including a heated pool, for you to enjoy.

We stayed in the "Birds Nest" room and asked for the twin bed set up. The room was bright, with a lot of natural light, and very well appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bar sized fridge a generous size and the in-room coffee maker offered all the fixin's.

I've saved the best part for last ... our breakfast, on both days, was plentiful and delicious, you will not be disappointed.

From this location you are just a short distance to stores, restaurants and Point Pelee National Park, to name a few. While there, we enjoyed Pelee Island Winery, Jack's Gastro Pub and Grove Brewhouse. We also bought some wonderful cheese at the "The Butcher of Kingsville".

I highly recommend this bed and breakfast wholeheartedly, I would stay here again, without hesitation.

Large, elegant room with four poster bed and well appointed bathroom. Short walk to the centre of town. Sparkling clean sheets and towels. Free WiFi. The two breakfasts we experienced were delicious and filling. Our gracious hosts made sure we had freshly baked chocolate chip cookies to take with us as we sadly said farewell!

Mike and Dawn have 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms with en suites available on the upstairs floor. The main floor has a separate sitting area (with games available for play) and dining area for the guests, and Dawn prepares the most incredible breakfasts. You truly feel like you are in a 5 star restaurant! Every amenity is available from tea, coffee and little treats in the room, shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the bathrooms, to fresh coffee and snacks on the main floor. The attention to every detail throughout the spaces is incredible. They also have a gorgeous backyard, complete with sitting areas, loungers, a swimming pool and fresh towels awaiting your enjoyment. They were lovely hosts, and we had a wonderful experience with them. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our one-night stay here. The room was beautiful with its own private bath & many amenities. The public spaces are very nice. There is even a backyard with heated pool. We walked into town for supper where there were a variety of choices for restaurants. The breakfast we were served was a bountiful gourmet delight with attentive hosts and interesting conversation with other guests. We would recommend this very nice B&B to others coming to the area.

Dawn and Mike were the most wonderful hosts. The Kingsville House is the place to stay in Kingsville. Well located within perfect walking distance to Main Street where all the restaurants and shops are located. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The fridge, coffee maker and added toiletries were a great surprise. Hope you come with an appetite as Dawn will cook a breakfast that will fill you up for the day. Many wineries are within driving distance of the Kingsville House and a few minutes drive to the ferry dock to Pelee Island. Mike and Dawn will welcome you with open arms and i hope to be back soon.

My wife and I heard about this newly opened gem through friends and stayed there on the labour day weekend, We absolutely loved it- owners Dawn and Mike have done a masterful job of renovating this beautiful century home. Our room was "on the vines" and featured a four poster king bed, mini fridge and ensuite bathroom. It was beautifully done as was the rest of the house. Loved the heated pool and wonderful breakfast with fresh local fruit- we did not need to eat again until dinner time.Point Peelee is 15 minutes away and well worth a visit. We would strongly recommend this lovely place to anyone wanting luxury coupled with all the comforts of home- we will be back!

My boyfriend and I recently stayed two nights at the Kingsville House B&B with another couple. We were thrilled with everything about this new B&B in Kingsville. The bed in the Birds Nest room was extremely comfortable and had every amenity. The breakfast was exceptional. Our hosts Dawn and Mike attended to our every need did everything possible to make our stay there pleasant and comfortable. Dawn even made fresh baked cookies for us to take for the drive home. I would recommend this B&B to all of my family and friends. If you are every planning a trip to Kingsville or the surrounding area, please consider Kingsville House B&B for your accommodation. My wife and I enjoy day tripping from Burlington to attractions throughout southern Ontario. Earlier this week, we decided to revisit the Leamington/Kingsville area to check out a few of the new wineries and Pelee Island. To this end, we learned about Kingsville House, a new B and B in Kingsville. As a fan of period homes, this Victorian residence did not disappoint. The home is beautifully decorated with a large living room and dining room for use of guests. Our room, The Beach House, was beautifully decorated and very comfortable... though you might need a stepping stool to mount the very high queen size bed. Lines and pillows were high quality making for a very comfortable sleep. Our room had a small, private ensuite with shower. After a refreshing sleep, our host Mike set out an enjoyable breakfast consisting of fresh fruit salad and eggs benny. Very tasty!!! Although we did not have the opportunity to meet Dawn, who was away for the evening, Mike was a great host. Cudos to Dawn for her decorating and design. We enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation recommending this new B and B.

A perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. As a solo woman world traveler I have stayed in many B&B's over the years and Kingsville House B&B is by far the best. Location is perfect, just two blocks from Main Street with a beautiful down town country feel with lots of little shops and restaurants. Dawn and Mike have really set up a beautiful bed and breakfast. I stayed in the On The Vine room for three nights. The breakfast provided was excellent. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and intimate. I can't wait to come again!
